چکیده

Background and Aims: The object of this study was the investigation central antinociceptive effects naringin as well association stimulation opioidergic, serotonergic, adrenergic, cholinergic (muscarinic nicotinic) receptors to analgesia mice due naringin. Methods: Several intraperitoneal doses (20, 40, 80 mg/kg) were injected into models analyzed via hot-plate (integrated supraspinal response) tail-immersion (spinal reflex) for possible Moreover, involved action mechanism investigated using mg/kg (i.p.) administered which previously pre-treated with opioid antagonist naloxone (5 mg/kg, i.p.), serotonin 5-HT2A/2C receptor ketanserin (1 α2-adrenoceptor yohimbine i.p.) muscarinic atropine nicotinic mecamylamine i.p.). Results: It can be claimed that a dose-dependant effect noticed 40 in tests, respectively. Furthermore, improvement inactivity naringin-induced response thermal stimuli counteracted by when tested test, analyses. Conclusion: From data, it confirmed presents may coordinated supraspinal/spinal mediated opioidergic (cholinergic) inflection. Nevertheless, is unclear how organizes interactions aforementioned modulatory systems. To conclude, could candidate pain relief management.
